In addition to my day-to-day technical responsibilities, I am able to take an active part in the Be ADVANTEST! employee initiative. This focuses on strengthening shared values and cooperation across the company. Ideas suggested by our local initiative have been adopted globally. For me, that alone shows how values, such as empowerment, trust and teamwork, are not just lip service, but a meaningful reality. Be ADVANTEST!
